Day 01
Leaves Kuta at 08.00 and direct transfer to Gilimanuk Harbor. Enjoy your lunch at Grafika Restaurant with Java Strait as a view. At 16.00 arrive in Blawan (check in hotel), tea or coffee is serve to welcome you. Visit the hot water spring, the water fall and the coffee plantation nearby your hotel. Dinner is serve at your hotel.
Day 02
At 03.30 prepare your self to hike the Ijen Plateau. It has a magnificent turquoise sulphur lake. It needs 2 hours from Paltuding (starting point ) to reach the top of the plateau and 1 hour to go down. We’ll pass 3 pos for rest, 1 pos for sulphur weight along the forest. Nearby by the plateau we’ll pass high side and valley. From the top we are not only see sulphur lake, but beautiful scenery of Mt. Meranti and other mountains are good views to see. At 10.00 leaves Blawan for Mt. Bromo. At 15.00 arrive in Cemoro Lawang village. From this village you can see the dessert and Mt. Bromo. In front of the hotel, Perama company invites you for barbeque dinner and join the party around the bon fire.
Day 03
Early morning call at 03.15 a.m. At 03.30 a jeep is ready to drive you to Penanjakan. It is the best point to see sun rise with Mount Bromo and Mount Semeru view as the back ground. Mount Bromo Crater is our next destination. It is located in the middle of the dessert. You can ride a horse to get to the first step of the crater. Return to your hotel for having breakfast. At 10.00 leaves Bromo to Yogyakarta. At 15.00 having your lunch in Nganjuk at La Bamboo Restaurant. Continue the trip passing Caruban, a Teak Forest and Solo. In wet season, at the forest there is a pound full with fishes from sweet water. Local people use this opportunity to catch and sell the fishes along the forest. As an old royal city, Solo also a centre of Javanese Culture. Arrive in Yogyakarta at 21.00 (check in hotel).
Day 04
At 08.00 pick up at your hotel. Prambanan Temple, is the best remaining example of Java’s period of Hindu cultural development. At 10.00 leaves Prambananto Kaliurang, a hill resort standing at 900m on the slopes of Mt. Merapi. Walks along the forest to the top of the hill. A pleasant scenery of Mt.Merapi and Mt.Merbabu is the main interest of this point. Trough a different way, finds the Tlogo Muncar Waterfall. It is just a trickle in dry season. To recharge your energy, fresh fish with local recipe serves at Morolejar Restaurant. Arrive at Borobudur Templeat 14.00. It is topped by one of the greatest Buddhist relics. At 16.30 arrive in Jalan Malioboro, as a souvenir shops colorful bazaar. (optional : use “becak” or “andong” to your hotel).
Day 05
After breakfast at 08.00 , Kraton ( Sultan Palace ), structurally this is one of the finest examples of Javanese palace architecture. Taman Sari ( Water Castle ) was once a splendid pleasure park of palaces, pools, and waterways for the sultan and his entourage. In the South of Kraton is an area for Batik Industry. It is the right place to see the Javanese Women paint in a unique way. Sono Budoyo Museum has a first rate collection of Javanese art such as puppets, masks, Kris and batik. From the second floor of The Legian Restaurant, you can see the activity of Jalan Malioboro. After enjoying your lunch, continue our trip to Kota Gede, is famous for its silver industry. See how the local people make the jewelry in traditional way. Ends of the trip at the airport.
